Business Performance. Powered by AI.

ORÉIA helps organizations identify where AI and intelligent automation can create practical, measurable business value — then implements it alongside your teams.

Why ORÉIA

Understand the business first. Technology second. Measurable results throughout.

We start with your business objectives, not with tools. Every engagement is designed around outcomes you can measure — lower costs, higher productivity, better decisions.

01

Business Outcomes First

Every recommendation is tied to revenue, cost, or risk. Technology serves the business — never the other way around.

02

Strategy and Implementation

We do not hand you a slide deck and leave. We build, deploy, and transfer ownership to your teams.

03

Capability Transfer

The goal is independence, not dependency. Your people learn to operate and extend every system we build.

04

Local Understanding, International Standards

Based in Casablanca, built for international business. We understand the Moroccan operating context and hold ourselves to international consulting standards.

Solutions

Diagnostic. Implementation. Advisory.

Three connected ways of working, each scoped to your situation and the value at stake. Most engagements begin with a diagnostic; some clients come to us for a single stage.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

    Delivered within 14 calendar days

The Diagnostic is a standalone paid consulting engagement designed to understand how your business operates, identify inefficiencies and evaluate practical opportunities for improvement through AI and intelligent automation.

It includes a structured assessment, prioritized recommendations and an actionable initial roadmap.

The Diagnostic is delivered within a maximum of 14 calendar days once the engagement is confirmed, the agreed payment conditions are fulfilled and the information required to begin the assessment has been received.

  2. 02

    Implementation

    Defined according to project scope

Following the Diagnostic, you decide whether and when to move forward.

Implementation is a separate engagement, tailored to your objectives, operational needs, available data, existing systems and agreed priorities.

Whether the project involves one workflow or a broader initiative, the scope, delivery schedule and commercial terms are defined together before work begins.

Where appropriate, Implementation includes training, documentation and knowledge transfer to help your team use and manage the solutions with greater independence.

There is no fixed waiting period between the Diagnostic and Implementation, and no obligation to proceed.

  3. 03

    Advisory

Business needs evolve, and so do the opportunities created by AI and automation.

ORÉIA offers ongoing guidance to help clients review performance, refine existing solutions, address new challenges and make informed decisions as their organizations develop.

Advisory is structured around the client’s needs and the terms of the engagement, with an emphasis on continuous improvement, practical knowledge sharing and long-term capability building.

How ORÉIA Works

What does this mean for business?

A small, curated selection of developments in AI, regulation and transformation — each read through one question: how could it affect business performance?

  • Morocco & AI

Digital Morocco 2030: the national strategy for digital transformation

Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform

    What the source reports

The Ministry presented Digital Morocco 2030, the national strategy to accelerate the digitalization of public services and develop the digital economy, with artificial intelligence among its priorities.

    Why it matters for business

    ORÉIA perspective

National priorities shape the public programs, talent and partners companies will work with. Organizations that already know which of their own processes are ready for AI will be better placed to benefit as the strategy is rolled out.

  • Regulation & Governance

The EU Artificial Intelligence Act enters into force

    European Commission

    What the source reports

The European Union’s regulation on artificial intelligence entered into force on 1 August 2024. It follows a risk-based approach, and its obligations apply in stages over the following years.

    Why it matters for business

    ORÉIA perspective

Moroccan companies that serve European clients, or build AI into products sold in Europe, may fall within its scope. Knowing which AI uses are in place and how data is governed turns compliance into a design decision rather than a late correction.

Generative AI at Work: evidence from 5,179 customer support agents

National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER)

    What the source reports

Researchers found that access to a generative AI assistant increased the number of issues resolved per hour by 14% on average, and by 34% for novice and low-skilled agents, with minimal impact on the most experienced. The study was later published in The Quarterly Journal of Economics.

    Why it matters for business

    ORÉIA perspective

The gains came from one specific, measurable process — not from “AI” in general — and varied widely between people. Choosing the right process and measuring a baseline before deployment is what makes this kind of result visible.

Generative AI and the SME Workforce: new survey evidence

    OECD

    What the source reports

A 2024 OECD survey of more than 5,000 SMEs in seven countries found generative AI in use in 31% of them. Firms reported better performance and help with skill gaps, alongside concerns about copyright, legal and regulatory issues.

    Why it matters for business

    ORÉIA perspective

Adoption among smaller firms is already significant, but results depend on preparing employees and setting clear rules of use. Skills, process and governance matter as much as the tool itself.

About
Founder & Principal
ORÉIA
01

Why ORÉIA Exists

Sometimes, the smallest decisions can make the biggest difference.

ORÉIA was founded on a belief that meaningful business improvement doesn’t always require a major investment, a complete transformation or an entirely new system.

Sometimes, it starts with identifying one inefficient process, improving how information flows, giving an employee the right training, or helping a business owner see an opportunity that has been overlooked.

Many business leaders are already managing countless responsibilities. They don’t always have the time, specialist knowledge or outside perspective to question how things have always been done. And when previous investments haven’t delivered the expected results, choosing not to invest again can feel like the safest decision.

I understand that hesitation.

But I also believe that doing nothing shouldn’t be the only alternative to spending more.

I founded ORÉIA to help businesses in Morocco find a more practical path forward: understand what they already have, identify the changes that matter most, and prioritize solutions that offer meaningful potential value without unnecessary cost or complexity.

My ambition is not to introduce technology wherever possible. It’s to help people make better-informed decisions, strengthen their teams and achieve more with the resources they already have.

When an engagement moves into Implementation, training and knowledge transfer are essential to that vision. I want people to become more confident and independent in their work, and business leaders to have more time to focus on the future of their companies.

Because progress doesn’t always begin with a big investment. Sometimes, it begins with one better decision.

02

The Person Behind ORÉIA

My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence. But I don’t believe a qualification alone is what makes someone a good consultant.

What matters just as much is the way the work is approached.

I believe in listening carefully, asking the right questions, checking assumptions and taking the time to understand a problem before recommending a solution.

I care deeply about the quality and accuracy of my work. That means reviewing findings, questioning conclusions and making corrections when something can be improved.

I don’t believe that doing good work means never making a mistake. I believe it means taking responsibility, learning and continuously working to do better.

That is the standard I want ORÉIA to represent.

03

Better Businesses Are Built by People

Business owners shouldn’t have to make every decision, supervise every process or solve every operational problem themselves.

When too much depends on one person, the business can lose valuable time and the leader has less room to focus on growth, investment opportunities and long-term strategy.

Technology can help, but only when it serves a clear purpose.

At ORÉIA, the starting point is always the business: its people, its processes, its objectives and the resources it already has.

The aim is to identify practical improvements that support better decisions, reduce unnecessary friction and help teams work more effectively.

Because business performance isn’t only about doing more. It’s also about creating the conditions for people to do their work better.

04

Building Capability, Not Dependency

I don’t want ORÉIA’s clients to feel that they need an external consultant for every decision or every small adjustment.

When we work together on Implementation, the objective goes beyond putting a solution in place.

It also means helping the people who will use that solution understand it, become comfortable with it and develop the skills to manage their work with greater independence.

That is why training, documentation, knowledge transfer and practical guidance are important parts of the way ORÉIA approaches Implementation.

I believe a successful engagement should leave a business with more than a new tool. It should leave its people better equipped, its processes clearer and its leadership more confident about what comes next.

Because the goal isn’t to make businesses dependent on ORÉIA. It’s to help them become stronger on their own.
